What if tracking a package became an experience in itself? For Intelcom, we turned a utilitarian interface into a meaningful moment of connection between the brand and its customers—a redesign crafted to reassure, spark a smile, and make the wait almost enjoyable.
Designed for 6 million annual visitors, the project brought together our expertise in UX, UI, copywriting, animated illustration, and development. Far from the cold codes of logistics, the experience leans into empathy, clarity, and brand expression.
