Bringing visitors to know and appreciate the Montreal of yesterday and today
Pointe-à-Callière conducted a diagnostic study in 2015 to review its current actions, needs and elements to develop in order for the organization to enhance its overall web presence. The board decided to proceed with a total redesign of the Museum’s website to adequately reflect its mission, exhibitions and variety of services. The previous website, launched in 2010, was obsolete and did not fulfill the museum’s current needs and future ambitions.
Functional design & Content architecture
In order to reach the different target groups, we elaborated a function-oriented neutral visual language by defining visual codes that allows users pleasant browsing, intuitive research, and easy-reading.
